Location: Rocklea, QLD. Permanent, full-time role (38 hours/week). 5 weeks of annual leave. Entry-level opportunity with full training provided. Global company with career growth potential.

About The Role

As a Rental Operations Agent, you'll be involved in all aspects of our operations—from interacting with customers at the counter to preparing vehicles for their next journey. This is a varied, hands-on role that combines customer service, vehicle inspections, and cleaning duties.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Welcoming and assisting customers at the rental counter
  • Completing rental transactions, bookings, and contracts
  • Promoting our products and services
  • Inspecting vehicles for damage and cleanliness
  • Cleaning the interior and exterior of vehicles to company standards

Note: This full-time role is not open to Working Holiday Visa or student visa holders.

What We're Looking For
  • A full and valid Australian driver's licence
  • Availability to work a rotating roster (including weekends, evenings, and public holidays)
  • Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional service
  • Comfortable using computer systems to manage bookings and rental information
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
