About the Role
We are seeking passionate Personal Care Workers to join our supportive team. In this role, you’ll provide holistic, client-focused care that supports independence, dignity, and wellbeing in the comfort of our clients’ homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver personal care and daily living assistance, following each client’s Care Plan.
- Support with personal hygiene, nutrition, mobility, and toileting.
- Work alongside Registered Nurses to provide high-quality, tailored care.
- Maintain clear communication with clients, families, and the care team.
- Assist with light household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
- Record accurate daily client notes and report concerns promptly.
- Support safe use of mobility aids, exercise routines, and non-sterile dressings under RN guidance.

Qualifications
- Certificate IV in Aged Care/Disability (or equivalent).
- Current Senior First Aid (HLTAID011), CPR (HLTAID009) and Manual Handling (HLTWHS005) (with at least 3+ months until expiry).
- Roadworthy, insured vehicle and a current Australian driver licence.
- Recent Federal Police Clearance (within the last 6 months).

- Strong communication skills, with empathy and patience.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team.
- Knowledge of privacy, confidentiality, and professional boundaries.
- Understanding of person-centred care principles.
- Awareness of safety, infection control, and emergency procedures.
- Problem-solving and creative thinking abilities.
