Program Director | NSW Property

TSA Riley is looking for an experienced Program Director to join the NSW Property team to oversee complex programs as the key client contact.

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Program Director to join our NSW Property group. This is a senior leadership role where you'll act as the single point of contact for clients, overseeing the successful delivery of a large and complex program.

Working closely with government, institutional and private stakeholders, you'll shape projects from the earliest stages through to completion, ensuring they deliver lasting value for communities. You'll lead our program management function on-site, aligning and allocating resources, monitoring program execution and performance, and ensuring delivery in line with agreed scope, KPI, budget, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the single point of contact with the client, providing clear and consistent reporting.
- Lead program management, overseeing execution, monitoring progress, and aligning delivery with client goals.
- Ensure all subprograms and services are delivered in line with scope, KPI, safety, compliance, and quality standards.
- Anticipate and address program-level risks, opportunities, and escalations.
- Facilitate communication with stakeholders to ensure programs deliver intended benefits.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, both internally and on the client side.

- Significant experience in the property sector, delivering large-scale programs or portfolios of work.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and commercial acumen, with the ability to manage complex client relationships.
- Executive-level communication skills and confidence operating as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.
- A track record of building, leading, and inspiring multidisciplinary teams.
- The ability to contribute strategically while remaining hands-on in delivery when needed.
- A commitment to fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture that prioritises wellbeing and professional growth.
