Job Description

- Manage and oversee production budgets, ensuring accuracy and adherence to allocated resources.
- Prepare and review financial reports, including cost tracking and forecasting.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable related to production activities.
- Liaise with production teams to provide financial insights and recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and company policies.
- Reconcile production accounts and maintain accurate financial records.
- Assist in preparing payroll for production staff and contractors.
- Support audits and provide documentation as required.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Animation Production Accountant should have:

- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Previous experience in accounting within the Media & Agency industry.
- Proficiency in accounting software and financial reporting tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
- Familiarity with production budgeting and cost management.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
