As a Centre Director at Goodstart, you’ll be at the heart of our leadership team, playing a pivotal role in supporting and developing the Teachers and Educators in your centre. You/'ll build strong, meaningful relationships with children, families, and communities, fully embracing the profound impact of your role in their lives.

Responsibilities

- Deliver our bespoke learning program developed in collaboration with global leaders in pedagogical practice

- Build and encourage a talented team of early learning professionals, sharing your knowledge and contributing to a culture of reflective practice and ongoing improvement

- Work with your team to plan for the future of your centre, building the attendance pipeline and maintaining a revenue-generating business

About Goodstart Centenary Heights

Are you a passionate and experienced leader in the Early Childhood sector, ready to inspire and make your mark in a brand-new, state-of-the-art centre? This is your chance to join a rewarding leadership role at Goodstart Centenary Heights where you can truly shape the future of early education for local families.

- Full-time leadership position, working within the centre’s welcoming operating hours of 6am – 6pm, Monday – Friday.

- Lead an 80-place, Meeting-rated centre with a strong commitment to quality and community

- Join our newest purpose-built, architecturally designed centre on the corner of Ramsay and Alderley Streets, Centenary Heights

- Work with state-of-the-art facilities and thoughtfully designed learning environments, from nursery through to kindergarten

- Oversee inspiring outdoor play spaces offering nature-based learning, including:

- Dedicated junior play space for our Nursery children

- A vibrant senior play space for Toddlers and Kindergarten with water play, sandpits, sensory paths, yarning circle, and quiet retreat areas

You’ll need

- A Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or working towards)

- Experience with leading and managing change within education, health or community services

- Experience in delivering integrated early childhood services in areas of disadvantage

- Proven commercial acumen with financial and operational performance management
