Our beautiful Early Learning Centre is a boutique family owned service, located in leafy Toowoomba…..we respect, value and are genuinely committed to investing in our people, curriculum, facilities and resources to inspire lifelong learning and help every child reach their full potential.

We are a privately owned family Early Learning Centre catering for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years with a licensed capacity of 120 children.

We prefer you to have exceptional operational experience and be an advocate for the highest quality care and education for our children, whilst supporting families and the local community, however if you are currently a 2IC we are open to applications for consideration as well. We would love to support you if you feel you have got the passion and skills to grow.

Relevant qualifications and certificates required including Diploma, Advanced Diploma or Bachelor qualifications, Working with Children Checks, First Aid including Asthma & Anaphylaxis, Child Protection qualification. Police Checks etc… and relevant experience preferred.

• Time management and communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A commitment to best practice and early years learning.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and commitment to mentoring team members.
• An understanding of the National Quality Framework, National Law & Regulations and the Assessment and Rating Process.
• An understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guidelines.
• Exceptional operational experience includes: managing budgets, staff rostering, compliance monitoring, and strong leadership skills.
• A commitment to ongoing professional learning and personal growth.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative.
• No restrictions on hours of work.
