We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated, self-driven person to join our Client Services team supporting our team of Advisers. This is a part time (20 hours a week) position, based in our Grafton office.
Day to day, you will support our Advisers and ensure that team workflow is managed efficiently. We have all the tools, people and offices to make your journey a success, so you can grow your career
What will your typical week look like?
- Ensure timely completion of client-related tasks within the local office or designated region, meeting internal and external service standards.
- Provide general support to the Client Services team, including file creation, database management, and attending to tasks within the Beginner skill set.
- You’ll be responsible for carrying out front-of-house reception duties and ad-hoc administrative tasks such as printing, filing, and scanning as needed.
- Maintain a positive and proactive attitude, collaborating with team members to achieve shared goals
