APG is currently seeking an experienced Licensing & Compliance Officer for a 3 Month Assignment within a Grafton Government Sector.
- Location: Grafton (Cnr Fitzroy & King Streets)
- $42.26 per hour + Super
- 35 hours per week (overtime paid at flat rate)
- ASAP Start (pending checks) | End date: 28 November 2025
About the role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Senior Sanctions Officer to join our team supporting the NSW Mandatory Alcohol Interlock Program. This is a short-term opportunity created by a team member secondment.
You will play a key role in ensuring compliance with program requirements, providing administrative support, and delivering a high standard of customer service to participants and stakeholders.
What you'll do
- Perform administration tasks across multiple systems to review and assess participant compliance.
- Respond to enquiries via phone and email from licence holders, providers, and partner agencies.
- Accurately process data and records in line with legislative and program requirements.
- Work collaboratively within a small team to ensure effective delivery of services.
About you

- Sound computer literacy and confidence using multiple programs.
- Capacity to interpret and apply legislation.
- Previous DRIVES experience (desirable, but not essential).
- A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a small team.

- Interlock licence holders
- NSW Police
- Interstate licensing authorities
- Approved alcohol interlock device providers
