Join a dynamic and collaborative finance team where your insights will directly influence strategic decisions. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Financial Analyst to support budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis within a complex group environment.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting with the annual budget, business plan and periodic forecasting submissions to senior management, including consolidation and analysis of group results
  • Tracking and monitoring departmental costs versus budget (across IT, Operations, Legal and other support functions)
  • Delivering scenario modelling and financial decision support for senior stakeholders
  • Developing and maintaining budgeting and forecasting models, templates and reporting tools
  • Conducting ad hoc analysis to support strategic business investments and initiatives
  • Managing and analysing group KPIs and operational/commercial performance drivers
  • Driving continuous improvement in financial processes, reporting and systems

Who You Are

  • CA/CPA qualification (or equivalent)
  • Demonstrated experience in budgeting, forecasting and financial planning, ideally within an ASX-listed or large group function
  • Big 4 or audit background highly advantageous
