Foreman plumber

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced plumbing site foreman to join our high-performing team.

Predominantly working on a variety of commercial project types, you are guaranteed to stay interested and challenged on a daily basis. We want you to take the lead on commercial projects from start to finish. This role involves managing the execution of jobs to ensure materials, labour, and timelines align with allowances whilst ensuring project quality remains the primary objective.

What We're Looking For:

• Qualified plumber with experience running commercial plumbing sites (schools, childcare, social housing, etc.)
• Can plan ahead and manage material orders, deliveries, and usage to stay within budget
• Someone who leads by example — keeping the standard high for workmanship and safety—going beyond just passing inspections.
• Understanding that communication with project managers and office support creates smooth operations
• Foster a positive and professional site environment
• A genuine passion for plumbing

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience mentoring apprentices
