We work in partnership with the NDIS and have the knowledge and skills in our team of 60+ Speech Pathologists to support you in a wide range of clinical areas in Speech Pathology. What is the ORS New Graduate Pathway?
- We offer our New Graduate Program – tailored training that includes an allocated supervisor; we build in a program that helps you thrive in the most common areas of Speech Pathology. Weekly mentoring, reduced client hours, report writing support and opportunities to network with other new graduates and senior practitioners across Australia
- We tailor your introduction to working at ORS with a reduced caseload for the first months
- A dedicated speech pathologist supervisor to help guide you through your first year and beyond
- Ongoing learning access internal professional development, interdisciplinary training, and Special Interest Groups led by highly passionate clinicians
- An ‘open-door’ policy and collegial leadership – Ask away We flatten leadership structures to enable teaching without anxiety

- Choose full-time or part-time. We also have the option to work a 9-day fortnight giving you a 3 day weekend every second week

What we need you to have:
- Eligible membership to Speech Pathology Australia
- A car and license
- A National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or able to get one for a client facing role (or willingness to obtain one before commencement)
