About the Role:

As a Speech Pathologist at ORS Group, you will be part of a national team of 40+ Speech Pathologists providing clinical services to participants aged 0-65. You will work across early intervention, school age, adolescent and adult services with clients who have various presentations, diagnoses, and disability types providing assessments, therapy, and support, tailored to individual needs. You will work across various environments, including family homes, disability group homes, day programs, schools, preschools, community settings, telehealth, and ORS offices. You will join our national multidisciplinary new graduate program and receive supervision and support from an experienced speech pathologist. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your skills while making a real difference in the lives of those you work with.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct assessments and develop individualised therapy plans.
- Deliver high-quality speech therapy services to clients
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and supervision sessions.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting as required.

Qualifications:

- A relevant degree in Speech Pathology.
- Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia.
- A genuine passion for working with individuals with disabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A drivers licence and access to a car
- A National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
