Off the back of our extremely successful Contract Division, we are looking for an experienced Contract Team Lead with EU market experience to join us. With plans to grow our market this quarter, we’re interested in speaking to anyone with experience in the Data Centre market, the renewables market or any market similar

Role:

- Build out and generate new clients in the EU Renewables Market
- Contract Management
- Recruit, select, and lead a team of consultants across new markets
- 360 Recruitment, managing the client and candidate side
- Responsible for performance development and on-desk management

Who you are:

The ideal candidate will be seeking a new challenge to build & lead a team. We are specifically looking for:

- 2 + years Management experience within a recruitment environment
- EU Contract Market Experience
- Track record of developing Contract Revenue
- Ability to originate new clients
- Enjoy working in an office environment (Victoria)

This is a great opportunity for a Contract Team Lead/Principal Consultant with Management experience to build out/lead a successful team across the hottest recruitment area right now globally. We’re open to people with management experience or consultants who are hoping to transition into a management role in the future.
