RolePurpose
TomanagetheefficientrunningofthemedicalcentreincludingGeneralPractice, Dental,RadiologyandTreatmentRoomsandprovidesupporttoHealthCare Professionals(HCPs).

- Explain&promotetheintent&thedetailsoftheSOPs&reinforcetheirimportance;
- Provideappropriatestaff&optimalrosterstodeliverrequirements&matchpatientflowwithineachcentre;
- Implementadminsystems&workprocessesthatdriveprofessionalism&goodmedicine;
- Implementmeasurementsystemsasdirectedbyyourmanagertomonitorperformance&drivebehaviour

- UnderstandthetrainingneedsofeachCentre&promoteacustomerfocusamongststaff;

Workplace, Health & Safety
- Act as a role model for WHS in your practice
- Ensure WHS policies and procedures are implemented into day to day operations
- Ensure all personnel on site, including visitors and contractors adhered to our WHS policies and procedures
- Ensure workplace inspections and audits are completed
- Ensure Hazards are reported using the appropriate Hazard report tool and follow up on c actions to correct any hazards identified
- Identify any emerging risks and participate in risk register reviews / risk assessments
- Investigate minor incidents and support RMs in investigating more serious incidents
- Ensure any corrective actions identified during incident investigation(s) are implemented
- Ensure our injury management policy is followed and assist with workers compensation claims and return to work plans
- Support workers and their right to stop work if they feel the task cannot be completed safety
- Facilitate regular WHS meetings and communications with the workforce
