In this role, you will be responsible for processing ancillary, medical, and hospital claims across multiple business lines, ensuring accuracy and compliance with business rules. You will also contribute to improving the member and provider experience by identifying process pain points and helping to design efficient, end-to-end workflows. With a strong focus on automation, digitalisation, and resolving issues at the first point of contact, you will help streamline processes and enhance service delivery.
