Job Description

- Develop and manage a comprehensive training strategy for SAP SuccessFactors and associated modules.
- Lead the training delivery structure, including recruitment and coordination of training personnel.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate training with system configuration and user experience.
- Deliver tailored training programs for each HCMS release, including early-phase projects like Teacher Relief (TR).
- Ensure training content reflects system functionality and is customized to the Department/'s context.
- Monitor training effectiveness and support post-implementation enablement

The Successful Applicant

A successful Training Manager should have:

- Extensive experience in SAP-based transformations, especially SuccessFactors.
- Strong understanding of HCM processes and change management principles.
- Ability to translate complex systems into clear learning experiences.
- Proven leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Adaptability in dynamic environments and experience with Change Champion networks.
