Job Opportunity: Technical Training Support Lead

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee the delivery of technical training programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and supporting a team of Deployment Leads, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure they achieve their professional goals.

  • Lead and support a team of Deployment Leads in delivering technical training programs.
  • Identify and communicate key objectives and potential risks to stakeholders.
  • Mentor and guide team members to develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Analyze processes and recommend improvements to optimize performance.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Operate with autonomy in complex environments.
  • Demonstrate understanding of safety management within production settings.
  • Proven experience in technical training and competency development.
  • Familiarity with Australian and ISO standards.
  • Understanding of trade-related Codes of Practice and governance requirements.
  • Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in supporting operational delivery within complex projects.
Necessary Qualifications and Requirements
  • Demonstrated leadership experience.
  • Relevant technical qualifications in related fields.
