The Harvey Norman CairnsAudio Visual Team is seeking a passionate, customer service focused Salesperson to join them in delivering Great Service, Always to their customers.

As a Salesperson, you will have an understanding of life at home solutions and a desire to find the best outcome for our customers.

What we require

- Passion for retail

- Highly motivated, results driven with outstanding customer service and communication skills

- Enjoy working in a team environment

Beyond that, we require

- Experience in a successful retail business focused on customer service

- High level of Audio Visual product knowledge such as TV's, PVR's and Home Theatre Systems to support customer queries

- Ability to service your customers while managing work tasks around their needs

- Going above and beyond to provide exceptional customer focused problem solving

- Experience resolving customer complaints and making quick decisions to ensure happy customers and timely accurate services

- Passion to exceed individual and store sales targets

- Flexibility across retail trading hours including weekends, public holidays and late night trades
