About Us Nightlife Music is Australia’s leading music and video streaming service for business. For over 35 years, we’ve powered the soundtracks to some of the biggest and best gyms, hotels, pubs, bars, cruise ships and more.

The Role

In this full-time position, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients, helping onboard them, troubleshooting account or tech issues and supporting their ongoing needs. Beyond client support, you’ll also contribute to the wider team by sharing knowledge and helping streamline processes to ensure the best outcomes.

Combining phone-based support with admin and CRM work, this position requires strong attention to detail and exceptional communication skills, for both internal and external interactions.

What You’ll Do

- Handle client enquiries via phone and email
- Remotely update music and video content (we’ll show you how)
- Assist with onboarding new clients
- Keep accurate CRM and admin records
- Work closely with Sales and Tech teams to provide exceptional customer solutions

What We’re Looking For

- 3+ years’ customer service experience (call centre, office-based or admin-based roles)
- Confidence with AV setups and troubleshooting (this is vital)
- Strong communication and rapport-building skills
- Experience with CRM systems and admin processes
- Ability to effectively prioritise a consistent flow of incoming work
- Someone with a calm, organised and proactive approach to solving problems
- A supportive team player who lifts others up and contributes to a positive culture
