About Us

The Jerky Co is a family-owned Western Australia based company that takes premium air-dried meats to a new level of flavour & quality. We achieve this by producing our products using the finest MSA grade WA beef marinated for over 24 hours and only top-quality ingredients from family recipes that date back 20+ years.

We are looking for a motivated and talented Content & Campaign Coordinator to join our growing marketing team in Perth. This is a dynamic, hands‑on role for a creative professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and wants to make an impact across both The Jerky Co and partner brands.

You’ll work closely with our Head of Marketing and Senior Designer to plan, create, and deliver engaging content and campaigns that connect with our loyal customers and showcase our ever‑expanding range of flavours.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, schedule, and publish engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.

- Create and edit digital assets for campaigns, social media, email, and print.

- Build and schedule email and SMS marketing campaigns and automated flows.

- Coordinate giveaways, promotions, and in-store campaign rollouts.

- Support new flavour and store launch campaigns with creative materials.

- Track and report on content performance, engagement, and reach.

- Collaborate with the Head of Marketing and Senior Designer to align creative output with overall brand strategy.

- Maintain campaign calendars and ensure all marketing deadlines are met.

Qualifications

- Experience in marketing, social media management, or content creation (3 years preferred).

- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.

- Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook).

- Ability to edit short‑form video content (Reels, TikToks).

- Experience with email platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp) is a plus.

- Excellent written communication and attention to detail.

- Highly organised and able to manage multiple campaigns at once.

- A self‑starter who enjoys collaboration, creativity, and ownership.
