Change Analyst

Are you a proactive and emotionally intelligent Change Analyst ready to support a large-scale workforce transformation? A major government organisation is seeking a skilled professional to join a critical HR change program.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering impactful change by engaging with a wide range of stakeholders, supporting workforce transition activities, and helping to embed new HR processes and systems. You’ll work alongside virtual and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment.

What We’re Looking For

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments.

- Highly organised, with a strong delivery focus and attention to detail.

- Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to work sensitively with diverse stakeholder groups.

- Experience working in virtual or shared team environments.

Desirable Experience

- Prior experience in government, utilities, or large-scale HR transformation programs.

- Background in HR policy, employee relations, or talent development.

- Familiarity with federated HR models and large, decentralised workforce structures.

- Exposure to SAP Activate methodology and HR data management best practices.
