Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst – Salesforce to join our Data & Systems Team. This role is central to BallyCara’s digital transformation, ensuring Salesforce and integrated systems are optimised to deliver real value to our clients, residents, and staff.

About the Role

In this role, you will:

- Act as BallyCara’s Salesforce subject matter expert, supporting and empowering staff in their daily use of the platform.
- Gather, analyse, and translate business requirements into effective solutions that enhance client services, operational efficiency, and compliance.
- Configure and customise Salesforce to meet business needs, ensuring solutions are scalable and sustainable.
- Collaborate with vendors, stakeholders, and internal teams to deliver system improvements and integrations.
- Support projects, change management, and training initiatives that strengthen BallyCara’s service delivery.
- Following your probation period at our Scarborough site, you may be eligible for one WFH day per week.

Desired Skills and Experience

What We’re Looking For

- Ideally minimum 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Health Cloud, or Nonprofit Cloud desirable).
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical detail into plain language.
- Experience configuring and supporting Salesforce, including integrations with other platforms.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and documentation skills.
- Collaborative, adaptable, and values-driven, with a passion for innovation in aged care.
- Salesforce certifications and experience in aged care, health, or not-for-profit sectors will be highly regarded.
