Finance Coordinator | Bookkeeper – Employ Health
Location: Brisbane, QLD. Hybrid working model considered with a minimum two (2) days in the New Farm office per week. Full-time or part-time (4 days / 0.8 FTE).
Salary: OTE $75,000.00 – $90,000.00.
We are a dynamic, progressive and rapidly growing health business seeking a Finance Coordinator | Bookkeeper to join the team on a full-time or part-time basis.
Responsibilities
- Manage full function bookkeeping services, including bank reconciliations, payroll, BAS/IAS preparation, accounts payable and receivable, P&L statements, and client invoicing/billing.
- End of month activities including payroll tax, journals, expense claims, and related tasks.
- Handle supplier queries, client invoicing and queries, and supervise payments (super, STP finalisation, WorkCover, payroll tax, etc.).
- Willing to assist with administration as needed.
About the Role
You will work hands-on with the business and stakeholders to ensure financial requirements are in order while delivering accurate bookkeeping and financial support.
Qualifications
- Experience with Xero & Xero Projects.
- Experience with complex bookkeeping across varied businesses.
- Strong business acumen with high attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to multi-task and self-manage.
