In the role of Senior Consultant, Channel Optimisation you will join the Trade & Working Capital Product team that’s doubling down on winning together.

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

Drive excellence in how customer’s access NAB’s TWC Proposition across the Enterprise, including:

- Identify blockers to digital adoption and inefficient and/or legacy manual processes that customers use

- Work with the Digital and the TWC Product Owners and own the delivery of enhancements to drive digital adoptions

- Work with Trade Operations and own the delivery of improvements or removal of manual customer processes

- Partner with specialists to deliver customer digital Trade training sessions

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:

- Delivery of digital change and adoption

- Understand customer behavioural drivers and how to optimise experiences

- Understanding of product and risk management

- Experience managing operational risk with deep understanding of relevant operational risk frameworks
