The Opportunity

We’re on a mission to deliver better value and better experiences—and we’re looking for a sharp, commercially-minded, and customer focussed Product Manager to help lead the charge.

We are seeking a Product Manager (Broadband Dodo & IPrimus) on a 12-month max-term contract to take ownership of across our Dodo & IPrimus Broadband portfolios, driving end-to-end product lifecycle management, profitability, and service growth.

What You’ll Be Doing

In this high impact role you will drive growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction of the Dodo and iPrimus Broadband Portfolios where you'll:

- Develop a deep, data-driven understanding of customer segments, behavioural trends, and buyer sentiment to shape compelling offers and initiatives
- Identify gaps in current product offerings and design optimised plans that deliver customer value and meet revenue objectives
- Build and present business cases to support new product development and enhancements
- Collaborate with fellow product managers to ensure cohesive pricing strategies and a unified product portfolio across Vocus Consumer
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Service teams to ensure product propositions are executed with precision and efficiency
- Work closely with technical delivery teams to enhance customer and staff-facing systems, driving improved profitability and experience outcomes
- Manage the full product lifecycle, including pricing updates, product retirements, and customer migrations
- Act as the product interface for Finance, Planning, and Commercial teams, contribute to forecasting and budgeting processes
- Deliver on revenue, profitability, and net service growth targets for your product portfolio
- Build strong relationships across all business functions—marketing, sales, technical delivery, customer operations, commercial, legal—and with external vendors to ensure seamless product delivery
- Occasional international travel (e.g., to the Philippines) may be beneficial but is not a formal requirement of the role

What you’ll bring to this role

- 5+ years’ experience in telecommunications product development and marketing
- Proven track record in end-to-end product design, business case development, and lifecycle management
- Strong understanding of customer loyalty, retention, and value creation—bundling experience highly desirable
- Experience leading project initiatives to drive business outcomes
- Strong financial acumen and data analysis orientation, with the ability to build and analyse business cases, budgets, and forecasts
- Skilled in stakeholder management, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to make strategic trade-offs and deliver practical solutions in complex environments
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially with senior stakeholders
- Experience managing external partners and agencies to align on shared goals
- Degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred.
