About the role

The Finance Liaison Officer assists the Senior Accountant and the Finance Manager and the broader team in preparing and monitoring the expenditure/revenue for the College.

The key responsibility comprises of ensuring that credit card policies are adhered to and related expenditure is processed in accordance with the Financial Management Act 2006 and taxation requirements.

Other Conditions and Eligibility

Eligibility for employment is subject to obtaining a satisfactory Department of Education Criminal Clearance. If this position involves contact with children, the recommended occupant will also be required to obtain a Working with Children (WWC) Card.
