**_ This role can be based in either Brisbane or Sydney._**

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Project stakeholder groups for each new initiative will be created and this person will lead each technology project nationally, reporting on progress at regular intervals to relevant stakeholders
- Joining the Senior Leadership meetings where appropriate to present on project progress, and being involved in key decisions regarding technology alongside the senior leadership team
- Ensure systems are being used as designed by measuring ROI and auditing the use of the system in the teams to ensure maximum productivity
- Deliver future enhancements by being part of the brand’s technology team, and involved in future development of the systems
- Ongoing regular communication with the business in regard to new tools, ongoing project progress and hints and tips to improve productivity
- Staying abreast of emerging technologies in the travel and other industries
- Procure new ideas that will improve productivity or enhance the Envoyage customer experience and introduce them to the Envoyage business
- Improvement Manager for new proposed initiatives, determining return on investment of projects prior to sign off
- Conduct training sessions to equip staff with the necessary skills for improved processes
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the effectiveness of implemented changes
