**About the Role**

The purpose of the Premium & Credit Officer role is to manage a portfolio of clients with a high level of customer service and collect debt on behalf of WorkSafe Victoria.
- Manage a select allocation of clients to ensure Premiums are calculated correctly and paid on time
- Ensure Policy targets & Audit Compliance service standards are met at all times
- Responding to internal and external customer queries accurately and in a timely manner, whilst meeting performance targets
- Accurate data entry of certification information
- Ensuring legislative guidelines are followed at all times

**To be successful in this role you will have‎:‎**
- A high level of communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer Service Orientation
- Ability to prioritise and work to deadlines with changing priorities
- 1-2 years' experience within the WorkCover industry
- Knowledge of the Premiums Act and Premiums Order
- Understanding of the Premium calculation
- Computer skills: Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) WorkSafe systems: ACCtion & VPCS
