**The Job**
Working closely with the CIO and CRO you will be responsible for the following duties:

- Maintain the data capture, quality and metrics across the Vestone Capital business
- Own the data lifecycle by working with finance, operations and credit to provide meaningful data insights
- Dive diving into data to extract actionable insights
- Analyse information for opportunities to improve management practices including current and emerging trends
- Produce high-quality insightful reports on financial risk exposure, and relating those back to underlying business drivers
- Consolidate and analyse information from a variety of internal and external sources and identify risk exposure across the business
- Identify synergies, efficiencies and improvements in the assessment and reporting process
- Continued automation of dashboard reporting and driving towards an online, data-centric distribution model that facilitates user-driven investigation and analysis
- Enhancement of credit scorecard models collaborating with the risk, finance and technical teams
- Developing and implementing management analysis and decision-making tools such as key performance and risk indicators, credit scorecard models, business plan and financial modelling scenario analysis

**You**
To be successful with this opportunity, you must have experience in the following areas:

- Tertiary qualification in a statistics, mathematics, actuarial science, econometrics or statistics
- 3-5 years Data Analysis experience, ideally within Financial Services
- Proficient in tools such as Tableau, Power BI, R and Python
- Exposure to IFRS 9 concepts
- Knowledge or a genuine interest in credit risk modelling highly regarded
- The ability to see the big picture as well as drill down to the finer detail
