The Team Administration Officer will be responsible for contribution to efficient and effective reception services, office operations, bookkeeping and team administration support.

You must be a dynamic individual who can think on your feet and show initiative when dealing with customers. As the first point of contact you will have well developed communication skills, corporate presentation and a high level of confidence.

Duties include:

- Act as a reception point of contact for internal and external service providers and clients
- Schedule meetings (both in person and via teleconference) and assist with compiling board papers
- Accounts payable & receivable
- data entry
- Manipulating data into excel
- Book travel arrangements
- Coordinating all incoming and outgoing mail
- Diary management

It is expected that you will have intermediate to advanced level computer skills and a knowledge using Xero would be advantageous.
