Harp Recruitment is currently seeking a Part-time Remote Administration Officer to join our team. As an Administration Officer, you will be responsible for assisting with day to day administration tasks within the company. This is a remote position that requires a self-motivated individual who is comfortable working independently.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to various departments
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence, responding as necessary
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations
- Schedule appointments and meetings for team members
- Maintain and update company databases and records
- Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies and organizing files
- Other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in an administrative role or related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Word
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 15-30 per week

**Salary**: $49,080.36 - $79,953.36 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus
- Commission

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Administration: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Adelaide CBD, SA 5000
