**The Role**: We’re looking for a passionate and skilled Sales Professional to develop long-term customer partnerships, promote the company's products and services, and achieve sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote whole-goods, parts, and services.
- Utilise the Sales Advantage tool to document and track sales activities, contributing directly to the proposal process and customer satisfaction.
- Understand and leverage manufacturers' programs to achieve market share goals.
- Conduct field demonstrations and operate machinery at customer sites.
- Evaluate used equipment values for trading purposes.
- Ensure timely follow-up on sales to guarantee customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate equipment pickup and delivery as needed.
- Adhere to all safety rules and regulations while performing work assignments and maintain a professional image in all customer interactions.

**About You: To be successful, you’ll bring**:

- Prior sales experience, preferably with John Deere products.
- Strong understanding of local market conditions and resale values of machinery.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in computer skills.
- Proactively seek and participate in company-sponsored training to continuously develop your knowledge and skills.
- Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with peers, management, and support resources, with a constant commitment to teamwork and exemplary customer service.
