**About the Role**:
**This job will involve;**
- Actively prospect and pursue new business opportunities whilst maintaining our current customer base
- Positively and effectively promote John Deere construction equipment, parts and service, focusing on solutions for customers and building long term relationships to maximise client and company profitability
- Coordinate and support field demonstrations at customer work sites.
- Develop a keen awareness of the competition and competitive products, as well as business and industry
- Use Company provided systems/tools to fully document, track, record, follow-up and capture all related sales activity in a timely and accurate manner
- Work in conjunction with Sales Manager and relevant Departments, responsible for follow-up and expediting of whole good orders

***You will bring the following skills and experience to the role**:

- 3 years + previous sales experience (essential), ideally in either earthmoving or construction equipment
- An inquisitive mindset with a strong mechanical aptitude
- Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Suite, CRM & sales software systems
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to seek sales opportunities
- Professional presentation
