**About the Role**:
Our Toowoomba branch has an opening for a Sales Cadet in our Construction and Forestry Team. A varied and exciting opportunity, you will learn the skills to succeed as a successful Sales Representative selling machinery.

You will have the opportunity to learn from a strong team of sales professionals within the business, backed up with a variety of online and hands-on training.

**The key responsibilities of this role will include but not limited to**:

- Perform general administrative duties, including but not limited to answering calls, taking messages, and managing documentation related to the sales department
- Shadow Sales Professionals and attend industry events such as demonstrations, presentations and sales conferences

**About you**:
You will have great energy, tenacity and be a highly organised person. You're not an ordinary Sales Cadet, you thrive on thinking inventively and commercially to drive the business growth and performance through our customers.

You constantly look for better ways to do things and embrace an environment where challenging the status quo is encouraged.

**You will bring the following skills and experience to the role**:

- Customer relationship management skills
- Willingness to learn
- Strong communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong Computer skills
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational and time management skills with the ability to think on your feet.
