Reporting to the Operations Manager you’ll receive exceptional support, guidance and coaching to ensure your success in this new role.

**Your new role**

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service professional to effectively manage our front of house team. You will be responsible for the leadership of our administration team, dynamic communication and organisation of support systems that enable our therapists of IWP to give their best to their clients, and ensure the clients have a seamless experience.

Our front of house team are often the first point of contact for our clients and represent the face of Inner West Paediatrics. We are looking for a warm, friendly and personable professional who is highly organised, efficient and is a multi-tasking superstar with the ability to prioritise tasks to meet competing deadlines.

In your role, you will collaborate with other members of the administration team, the Head of Operations, Business Manager and Directors, our team of therapists and parents of clients. You will be a team player who takes initiative and goes the extra mile to support the the team in problem solving and suggesting solutions for a smoother running practice.

You consider yourself to have excellent time management skills, a strong work ethic, able to multi-task and complete tasks quickly and accurately, and possess a spirit of collaboration. You will be able to build rapport with the IWP clients and wider community and support and lead the existing customer service team to do the same.

You will act as the first point of escalation for all customer/client matters and aim to investigate and resolve matters with the help of the administrative team and the Head of Operations.

**About you**:

- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a busy administration role in a complex organisation
- Ability to provide customer service and to prioritize urgent matters, and establish systems for regular tasks
- Capacity to problem solve unique challenges as they arise and liaise with relevant team members as required
- Warm and friendly demeanour with the ability to quickly and effectively build rapport with people of varied backgrounds, abilities and cultures.
- Experience working as part of an administrative support team
- Proven ability to flexibly manage competing priorities
- Committed to learning and implementing new skills

**Essential requirements**:

- Current Working with Children Check
- National Police Check
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Previous experience in a comparable role i.e in front line customer service and/or administration
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
