This position is an ideal opportunity for a dedicated service professional looking to transition into a management role or for an experienced Service Advisor aiming to take their career to the next level.

**Responsibilities**:
Lead and manage the service department, overseeing day-to-day operations and a team of service technicians and perform administrative tasks.

Utilise your technical expertise to assist technicians with complex diagnostic and repair tasks, ensuring work is completed to the highest standards.

Develop and maintain service schedules to optimise productivity and customer satisfaction.

Handle customer inquiries and concerns, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.

Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance overall dealership performance.

Greet customers and provide a welcoming and professional experience. Handle Warranty inquiries from our dealership.

Perform administrative duties, including inventory management, parts ordering, and record-keeping.

Monitor service department performance metrics and implement strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.

Maintain a safe and organised working environment, adhering to industry regulations and safety protocols.

Greet customers and provide a welcoming and professional experience.

Act as a liaison between customers and the service department, ensuring a clear understanding of required services and costs.

Consult with customers regarding recommended maintenance and repairs, addressing any questions or concerns.

Schedule service appointments and manage the service department's daily schedule.

Collaborate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of work.

Provide regular updates to customers on the status of their vehicles.

Handle billing and invoicing, processing payments accurately and efficiently.

Maintain customer records and ensure all service documentation is complete.

**Requirements**:
For the Service Department Manager role: Extensive experience as an automotive mechanic, with leadership and management skills. Senior-level experience preferred.

Strong technical knowledge of luxury/prestige vehicle systems and diagnostics is a plus.

Excellent organisational, administrative, and communication skills.

Exceptional customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.

Proficient computer skills and familiarity with automotive software systems.

Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
