- Full-time Permanent role
- Flexible working from home arrangement (one day a week in the office)

As known in the company as Digital Production Coordinator. This high exposure role works across categories including Womenswear, Menswear, Beauty, Home and Entertainment. You will be responsible for the day-to-day production of imagery, offers and links required for website briefing, managing creative approvals, processing change requests and the comprehensive review of live content in collaboration with the wider eCommerce Team.

This role will work closely with the Digital Campaign Manager to ensure deadlines and processes at each stage of production (e.g. briefing, approvals, execution and post-live checks) are carried out with accuracy and in a timely manner.

**About the role**:

- Online briefing:

- Assisting with the set-up of website briefs and ensuring all online briefs are thoroughly reviewed and complete before creative agency deadline
- Creative approvals:

- Managing the approval process on key landing pages i.e Homepage and Sale
- Managing changes in the brief
- Change requests and post live review & validation:

- Processing change requests and assisting with post-live review and validation
- Co-ordination of imagery, links and offers required for website briefing:

- Work closely with the eCommerce & Marketing team to collate all creative assets, marketing plans and offers for online briefs
- Managing IT Service requests:

- Working with our agency and dev team to oversee the resolution of bugs on the site

**About you**:

- Ability to operate in a fast-paced retail environment
- High attention to detail and the ability to support the production of high-quality content
- Strong MS office skills - particularly in Microsoft Excel
- Foundational understanding of UX design principles for web
- Foundational copywriting experience
- Ability to be a team player and take on any challenge
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Ability to demonstrate initiative and excellent communication skills.
