**About the role**:

- Manage the relationship with agency partner to ensure timely online content execution, aligned with daily, weekly, and seasonal plans.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders such as eCommerce Trade, Marketing, and Digital Marketing teams to develop and implement customer-focused content production that contributes to conversion.
- Coordinate and drive the adherence of key milestones including briefing deadlines, creative rounds and previewing of Content.
- Manage content reporting and process optimisation to ensure accurate and efficient content delivery.
- Subject matter expert for our CMS to ensure continuous improvements to content production processes and associated tools, making build ready changes as required.
- Collaborate with the Digital Experience team by supporting the optimisation and experimentation team, and evolving and scaling our content strategy.

**About you**:

- Experience in an eCommerce or Digital role, preferably within a fast-paced retail environment
- Advanced understanding of CMS Platforms required
- Confident working with a wide range of stakeholders, communicating plans and expectations
- Experienced at managing teams to deliver
- Advanced proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite
