Our client is The EBOS Group Limited - the largest and most diversified Australasian marketer, wholesaler and distributor of healthcare, medical and pharmaceutical products. It is also a leading marketer and distributor of recognized
consumer products and animal care brands. Pet Care Kitchen (a subsidiary of Masterpet) is part of the EBOS Group Limited and is now manufacturing pet food for companion animals at a brand new, state of the art facility in Parkes, NSW.

**About the role**:
The IT Support Analyst is responsible for the installation and maintenance of software and equipment onsite and is first and foremost a Customer Service role, providing professional technical support to the Parkes site employees as
well as from other sites across Australia and New Zealand. You will manage and ensure smooth operation of customer facing user requests, site technology and incidents.

Whilst Technical Support Analysts typically work in an office and manufacturing environment during regular business hours, however the factory is operational 24/5. Thus, overtime will be required for time-sensitive projects and the role will have an "on call" component to answer questions or resolve issues outside of business hours.

**Responsibilities include**:

- All User Management and Maintenance Services
- Accurate Call logging, resolution, and allocation
- Management of all appropriate User interactions and reporting, including annual audits
- Client hardware management including asset lifecycle management
- On Site support including workstation equipment, meeting rooms, printers, telephony, and aiding vendors
and other IT teams such as networks or infrastructure.

**About you**:
Ideally, you will have a tertiary qualification in IT/Computer Science although relevant experience and/or a vocational qualification will be considered. Whilst not essential, an understanding of manufacturing or warehousing environments would be an advantage. In addition, we are seeking:

- 2-3 years' experience as business systems support/business analyst or similar
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV or other ERP (highly desirable)
- User on/Off-boarding processes and effective Service Desk Call and Queue management
- Good understanding of Windows OS and Microsoft Office Applications, O365
- Good technology acumen and ability to problem solve office-based technology issues
