**About the opportunity**:
2023 is set to be an exciting year as The Disability Trust introduces our new client management system, Lumary and rostering system, Skedulo. We have a new opportunity for a skilled administrator to join our ACT and Queanbeyan team to coordinate efficient allocation of staffing resources in our operational environments.
Working in a time sensitive and often high-pressure environment, the day-to-day responsibilities of the Scheduling Officer include:

- Working with operational leaders to identify and seek solutions for vacancy management
- Allocation of resources according to shift vacancies, participant funding, and NDIA line items
- Clear, concise, and professional communication of scheduling decisions to all stakeholders
- Regular review and analysis of rosters of support and other workplace information to optimise workforce utilisation.

The Scheduling Officer role will be based at either ACT, Queanbeyan or Goulburn office, and will travel to work between both teams working full-time Monday to Friday. The annual salary package for the role is between $74,000 to $79,000 (incl. super) and will be negotiated based on skills, qualifications, and experience.
**About you**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to read, interpret and follow rostering principles, award requirement and internal processes and procedures.
- Exceptional administrative skills, including competence in navigating a variety of platforms.
- Advanced customer service skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proven success in building professional relationships and a collaborative, business partnership approach in supporting stakeholders.
