The hotel outlets include Haven Lounge, famous Garum restaurant and Rooms Service outlets as well as 2,300 square meters of versatile event space; they are all equipped with cutting-edge technology, allowing guests to host grand functions.

Responsible for providing excellent dining experiences, our Food & Beverage team is proactive, welcoming and expert with providing service to our guests. We are currently seeking passionate industry professionals to fill a Food & Beverage Expert role to assist with the execution of 5* service.

**Position Summary**:

- Assist with the bar service period, tending bar and serving food to guests exceeding their expectations.
- Prepare cocktails, mixed drinks and tailored beverages to guests.
- Issue, open, and serve wine/champagne bottles.
- Prepare fresh garnishes for drinks.
- Ensure the outlet is adequately stocked and clean at all times.
- With a focus on our guest's overall wellbeing, engage and inspire guests throughout the complete beverage experience.
- Support the bar team as well as service team in general operational tasks.
- Process all payment methods.
- Secure liquors, beers, wines, coolers, cabinets, and storage areas.
- Complete closing duties
- Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests, creating intimate and distinctive experiences to enable future bookings.
- Adhere to RSA and Food Safety guidelines at all times.
- Work with Director of F&B on a new beverage list
- Suggestive Selling with lucrative incentive plan for premium beverages
- Monthly department cocktail training to upskill talent
