**Key Responsibilities:*

• Develop and execute signature cocktail menus that exceed guest expectations.
• Lead a team of bartenders in providing exceptional service and ensuring a seamless beverage experience.
• Collaborate with the Director of Food and Beverage to create new beverage concepts and menus.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the lounge remains competitive and relevant.

**Requirements:**

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a senior bartending or mixology role.
• Proven track record of creating innovative cocktails and menus.
• Excellent leadership and teamwork skills.
• A strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
