Haven Lounge Bartender: Elevate Your Beverage Craft

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team at Haven Lounge, a vibrant and elegant space situated in the heart of Perth. As a key member of our Food & Beverage team, you will have the opportunity to refine and showcase your craft of creating exceptional cocktails.
About Us:
Haven Lounge is a sophisticated and welcoming oasis, perfect for leisure or business. Our guests can indulge in delicious menus and tantalize their senses with our expertly crafted cocktails. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience, exceeding our guests' expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Tend Bar and Serve Food: Assist with the bar service period, serving food and drinks to guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Craft Cocktails: Prepare unique and delicious cocktails, mixed drinks, and tailored beverages to meet our guests' preferences.
- Manage Inventory: Ensure the outlet is adequately stocked and clean at all times, maintaining high standards of hygiene and organization.
- Engage Guests: Focus on our guests' overall wellbeing, engaging and inspiring them throughout the beverage experience.
- Support Team: Collaborate with the bar team and service staff to ensure seamless operational tasks and exceptional customer service.
- Process Payments: Process all payment methods efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain Security: Secure liquors, beers, wines, coolers, cabinets, and storage areas, adhering to safety protocols.
- Complete Closing Duties: Ensure all closing duties are completed, including cleaning and restocking the bar area.
About You:
- You hold a current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate.
- You possess relevant experience in a similar role, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- You have the right to work in Australia.
- You are self-motivated, driven, and energized in a fast-paced environment.
- You are available predominantly for afternoon and evening shifts.
