Contact Centre Optimisation Specialist - Higher Education
**Your new company**
You will be working for a leading university based in Western Sydney.
**Your new role**
You will be supporting a large-scale contact centre transformation whereby you will help establish and drive adoption of new core practices at the IT service desk. You will be responsible for taking IT service desk employees on an optimisation journey, and you will embed metrics and practices such as Workforce Management using the new call centre technology. You will foster a collaborative working environment and will engage with key business stakeholders to identify areas for improvement.
**What you'll get in return**
You will gain a 12-month contract where you earn up to $800 per day + super. This is a fantastic part-time opportunity (2 days per week), where hybrid working is permitted.
