Perth, Australia Vital Interpreting Personnel Full time

**JOB TITLE**: Bookings Officer

**DAYS**: Monday to Friday

**HOURS**: 37.5 Hours per Week

**LOCATION**: Perth CBD

**SUPERVISOR/MANAGER**: Administration Manager

**START DATE**:ASAP

**MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Process bookings for Interpreters, Communication Guides, Tutors, Transport and Notetakers
- Process quotes for all potential bookings
- Answering telephone and general enquiries
- Gather preparation materials for Interpreters and Communication Guides and follow up as required
- Source staff for unfilled bookings.
- Communicate with participants that is 100% client centred
- Follow up with confirmations
- Maintaining and resolving all overdue invoices in Accounts Receivables

**EXPERIENCE**
- Over 2 years in an Administration Role
- Data Entry
- Microsoft office
- Excel
- Accounts (not necessary but desired)

**SKILLS**
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Organized and able to meet deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Able to work in a team

**PERFORMANCE GOALS**:

- Complete bookings on a 24-hour turnaround
- Deal with clients, suppliers, and other employees professionally at all times
- Ensure office is clean and presentable at all times

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Perth, WA 6000: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Data entry: 2 years (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
