We are looking for a skilled Administrator to play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of our classifieds and general newspaper advertising bookings. This individual will support their team and be responsible for various administrative tasks, data entry, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. The role demands a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards in spelling, grammar, proofing, and formatting.
**About the Role**
- Ability to prioritise and work to multiple print deadlines
- Reviewing and editing content submitted by clients and the general public
- Updating and preparing death and funeral notices for publication
- Ensuring content adheres to print protocols
**About You**
- Experience in funeral services, community development or medical clerk services will be highly regarded
- A high level of attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Strong written and verbal communication, including spelling, grammar and punctuation
- A Strong team player who is highly motivated
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
- Proven ability in customer service and problem solving
