**THE OPPORTUNITY**

The Customer Experience Consultant is responsible for supporting the customer lifecycle process and providing a broad range of administrative support services to contribute to TAFE NSW strategic objectives, maximise student enrolments and support a culture of excellence in customer service.

**ABOUT YOU**

You are passionate about delivering excellent Customer Service. You have the ambition and drive to succeed and have demonstrated experience in providing administration support.

**To be successful in this role you must have**:

- Demonstrated organisational and analytical skills whilst working independently, as well as within a team.
- Experience in working in a customer focused environment, requiring flexibility and adaptability to solve problems.
- Ability to meet essential requirements as per the position description.
