THE OPPORTUNITY


The Customer Experience Consultant is responsible for supporting the customer lifecycle process and providing a broad range of administrative support services to contribute to TAFE NSW strategic objectives, maximise student enrolments and support a culture of excellence in customer service.


ABOUT YOU
You are passionate about delivering excellent Customer Service. You have the ambition and drive to succeed and have demonstrated experience in providing administration support.

To be successful in this role you must have:

  • Demonstrated organisational and analytical skills whilst working independently, as well as within a team.
  • Experience in working in a customer focused environment, requiring flexibility and adaptability to solve problems.
  • Ability to meet essential requirements as per the position description.
