PERSOLKELLY have partnered with a leading technology company who are seeking Customer Service Officers to join their brand-new site at Bankstown. As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for liaising with internal and external customers, updating inventory management systems and excel spreadsheets and coordinating deliveries with freight and logistics providers.

**Your duties**:

- Responsible for internal customers inquiries and resolving issues.
- Data entry via excel
- Liaising with stakeholders to follow up on freight issues and monitor delivery status.
- Looking after major freight carriers and internal customers.

**About you**:

- Intermediate to advance excel skills - experience with Vlookups and pivot tables
- Great communication skills
- Experience with a Logistic or freight forwarding company
- High attention to detail
