Our Host Employer specializes in Electrical, Electronics & Utilities. As one of the largest privately owned air conditioning maintenance companies in Queensland, they service a range of commercial and industrial clients across South East Queensland.

This role offers you an opportunity to secure both knowledge and paid work experience, creating a platform that you can use to build an amazing future career.

When you join this **traineeship program**, MEGT will be your legal employer. This means we will pay your wages and monitor your training while you are placed with our valuable and experienced Host Employer. Working alongside MEGT and Registered Training Organisations, you'll get valuable on-the-job experience while you work towards a nationally accredited qualification: a Certificate III in Business.

**What your day may look like**:

- Entering invoices - accounts receivable
- Answering phone calls
- Raising jobs,
- Greeting customers
- Compiling reports
- Coordinating meetings - taking minutes
- Record keeping
- General administration duties

**Previous Experience**: Prior data entry and customer service experience would be desirable - Outlook/Microsoft program experience would be desirable
